Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. For EU customers, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period with no reason required.
Return Requirements
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at Info@nero.com.im to request a return
- Wait for approval – we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
- Ship your item using the provided label
⚠️ Important: Don't send items back without approval – they won't be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damages & Defects
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at Info@nero.com.im so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:
- Return your original purchase
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you want
Refund Timeline
- We'll notify you within 10 business days of receiving your return
- Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method
- Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
