Returns & Refunds

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. For EU customers, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period with no reason required.

Return Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Info@nero.com.im to request a return
  2. Wait for approval – we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
  3. Ship your item using the provided label

⚠️ Important: Don't send items back without approval – they won't be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Defects

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at Info@nero.com.im so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:

  1. Return your original purchase
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want

Refund Timeline

  • We'll notify you within 10 business days of receiving your return
  • Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method
  • Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
